CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 48 hours before appointment start time to avoid a cancellation fee! 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD Please text (650)334-7331 in advance if you know you are running late. Always drive safely to your appointments. Late fee of $15 if you’re late over 15 minutes. Cancellation fee will be applied if you no-show your appointment. Cancellation fee is 30% of the appointment cost and will be enforced unless we have communicated otherwise If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within the 48 hour period you are okay and the cancellation fee will not be charged. Deposits are non refundable and can be forfeited for any reason. No exceptions If you reschedule your session WITHIN the 48 hour time frame, deposits can be used towards new appointment time or date once. After, you will need a new deposit towards your session.
