If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24 hours before appointment start time 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD After 10 minutes, i will cancel your appointment, unless communicated otherwise & new deposit will be required to book Please text if you know you are running late, as I may be flexible. 30% cancellation fee will be applied if you no-show your appointment
