CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 48 hours before appointment start time to avoid a cancellation fee! 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD After 10 minutes, i will cancel your appointment, unless communicated otherwise Please text if you know you are running late, as I may be flexible. Late fee if you’re late 10+ minutes Cancellation fee will be applied if you no-show your appointment. Cancellation fee is 30% of the appointment cost and will be enforced. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within the 48 hour period you are okay and the cancellation fee will not be applied Deposits are non refundable and will be forfeited for any cancellation. No exceptions Rescheduling: WITHIN 48 hour time frame, deposits can be used towards new appointment time or date once. After, you will need a new deposit towards your session.
